Increase Your Calm and Creativity
Circumstances in our world continue to change at a rapid pace.
How can we cope, and even thrive, in this shifting landscape?
How can we best take care of ourselves and our loved ones?
The more flexible, adaptable, and creative we become, the better we can deal with whatever life brings.

Heart centered women with high empathy also tend to be creative, even if we don’t necessarily think of ourselves as “artistic.”
How can you develop your creativity even more?
Calm your brain. When you’re in survival mode, your brain is focused on preparing to fight or flee, so there is no mental energy available for creativity. Check out this earlier article I wrote on 7 Ways to Calm Your Mind.
Develop a creativity practice. Spend at least a few minutes every day intentionally connecting with your creativity.
Expand your creativity by stretching your brain. Every time we learn, do, or create something new we build new pathways in our brains.
Connect with other creative people.
The survival part of your brain wants you to stay in familiar circumstances, be safe, and never take risks.
But as our world rapidly changes, to thrive we need to move out of our survival brains and into more calm and creativity.
If you’d like to learn more about how to calm your brain and develop a creativity practice, join us for 10 Days of Calm and Creativity for Heart Centered Women, October 1-10, 2020.
In this free class you’ll receive daily emails with easy activities you can do to promote calm and creativity, as well as access to a private Facebook group.

Whether you decide to join us for this class or not, I hope that you will take some time each day to focus on accessing your calm and creativity.
As a heart centered woman, when you radiate calm and connect with your creativity, you have a positive impact on your loved ones, your community, and the world.
Please take good care of your precious self. Our world needs you!
Hugs,
Liz
