Happy New Year! I hope 2024 is going well for you so far.
My goal for 2024 is to send a Substack email every other Thursday, focusing on information and practical tips related to brain rewiring for health and happiness (sign-up at the end of this post).
We are living in exciting times, with constant breakthroughs in neuroscience research and the development of new mind/body techniques for improving our mental and physical health.
My life and health have been dramatically improved by using brain retraining techniques and I want to share them with you!
I’ve been watching a lot of testimonials online of people who have recovered from a wide variety of health challenges using neuroscience-based strategies. To me, these testimonials are the most inspiring thing on the internet, so I’m planning to share some of them with you too:)
